What it is

A lightweight product for capturing leads in physical environments.

QRCapture connects on-site attention to a clean digital follow-up path. Instead of forcing a heavy POS integration or app install, it turns a QR interaction into a branded, mobile-first lead capture flow with useful downstream data.

Business problem

Venues generate foot traffic but often lose the relationship.

Operators had people in the room but lacked an easy, low-friction way to convert that attention into owned contact data and follow-up capability.

Key technical decisions

Keep the system simple where simplicity wins conversion.

  • Balance founder-speed execution with enough admin logic to make the product reusable.

Constraints

The product had to be understandable immediately, easy to deploy in the field, and useful without heavy customer onboarding.

Impact

Captured 800+ leads at a pilot venue and proved that a simple QR-to-web product could generate measurable value in physical settings.
